Dear Caribbean Merchant:
During June, National Caribbean-American Heritage Month (NCAHM),
you’re invited to participate in the National Caribbean Restaurant Week
(NCARW) Campaign to celebrate our “world of flavor” cuisine and restore
the health of Caribbean American food establishments to pre-pandemic

Customers will be encouraged to frequent your establishment to enjoy
Caribbean food and to immerse themselves in Caribbean culture and
events such as festivals, meet & greets, talks and food demonstrations.
