The National Caribbean Food & Foodways Alliance (NCAFFA) – Through partnerships, NCAFFA, a nonprofit platform,  established in 2010, promotes Caribbean cuisine culture and  history through its  “Eat, Drink Caribbean” campaign , which targets the  month of June as Caribbean Cuisine Month, fosters Caribbean Restaurant Week in the DMV and recognizes Caribbean-American food pioneers and  food writers through its Caribbean Cooks &   Books® Celebration.   @ncaffa.org
